Waste of money

It doesnt connect even though I tried all instructions.
NOT impressed yet, at least it was only $2.08 wasted!
It should be easier to sync up and use.
Not even able to open to see if on line tech support is available.
Guys, make it more user (you know, the guys with the money and reviews) friendly or money back. ( which seems not to be an option. :-(
