Waste of money

Great idea but I spent 1.99 for nothing. Wish I could get it back. It turns the power on/off and will start to record/stop video...thats it. It recognizes my gopro as a 2 and not a 3 which is what it is. The preview, which was the reason I bought this, toggles between off/on all by it self. Very disappointed.
